Bullring invites men to Browns for some brunch and talks on mental health from speakers including Free Radio's Sparky and MC Josh Smiiffy
On Sunday 25th June, Bullring is hosting an exclusive event at Browns Bar and Brasserie, to help combat mental health and encourage people to face their feelings. The event aims to help lessen the stigma that surrounds talking to someone when life gets hard, such as bereavement or stress at work, and provide ways to cope better. Working in collaboration with mental health charity Mind, Bullring's Breakfast Club promises to be fun and relaxed event with talks from an all-male panel of speakers including Free Radio's Sparky and Birmingham's favourite rapper MC Josh Smiiffy, who will be talking about all things mental health and answering questions from the audience. More speakers to be announced in due course.
Guys are welcome to bring their ladies too, for a chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast from Browns and learn more about ways to improve awareness of mental health among men. This event is completely FREE, so make sure you book your place now to ensure you don't miss out on a great experience. To book your place, simply just RSVP.
