Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the terms and conditions are clearly printed on the back of the card. For full cardholder agreements, your account expiration date or to check your balance please visit www.getmybalance.com or scan the QR code found on the back of the card if using your smartphone.
Please keep your gift card after it has been used as you may require it for any refunds. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be credited back to the gift card, in line with each individual store’s refund procedures. All cards are registered to the purchaser and the balance can be retrieved should the card be lost or stolen.
