Job description

Overall Role Objectives:
•Responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of the store, acting as a liaison between staff and management.
•Typically a key holder position

Key Responsibilities:

Includes but is not limited to;
•Supporting the manager and the day to day running of the store, deputizing in their absence
•Act as the liaison between staff and management and leading through example
•Handle cash (one of the allocated till users) and prepare back deposits
•Deliver a high standard and personalized level of customer service
•Co-ordinate and assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
•First point of contact in regards to customer requests and complaints
•Meet or exceed set sales targets
•Oversee in store price changes and checks
•Monitor store security by coaching sales staff in vigilant customer service and consistent application of store procedures regards tagging and changing rooms
•Co-ordinate in year end inventory
•Adhere to and ensure staff compliance with Joseph policies and procedures
•Any other duties as assigned by Manager
