Supervisor required for a fast paced fish and chip shop in Grand Central.

The candidate will preferably have experience in a catering environment and /or in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include;


Recruitment /training of staff

Dealing with customers with exceptional customer service 

handling complaints

Cash handling

Stock take and ordering

Preparing staff rotas 


The candidate must be able to drive performance of staff and ensure; customer service, efficiency and hygiene are balanced and managed with consistently high standards.


Salary negotiable
