You'll be given full autonomy of running the store, from running marketing events to raise the profile of the store to training and developing your own team!
Duties will include:
•Maintain store staff job results by coaching and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
•Producing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate cover at all times and liaising with Head of Retail to arrange extra staff;
•Co-ordinating daily meetings, appointment planning and reports;
•Overseeing stock takes;
•Managing the merchandising of the store to ensure cabinets are full and well organised;
•Arranging special promotions, displays and events;
•Managing cash held in store and PDQ receipts, including the storage and transportation of this;
•Working closely with the Head of Retail Operations to implement and review procedural or strategic changes.
About you ...
•Experience of store management in luxury and high value goods;
•Experience in managing a team of 6+ staff in a high footfall environment;
•Strong negotiating ability;
•Good understanding of HR Procedures;
•Proven ability of working with Key Performance indicators (KPI) and retail standards;
•Commercially aware and able to operate with autonomy.
