Pho in Grand Central have added some delicious new options to their menu!
Their menu is already around a quarter vegan, and now they’ve added two new rice dishes to complement their vegan phos, salads and curries.
First up, there is a super healthy tofu & vegetable rice bowl which comes topped with wok-fried Chinese leaf, radish, cucumber & pickles, finished off with peanuts, herbs & fresh chillies. There is also another fried rice dish – a spicy, flavourful and hearty plate of wok-fried shiitake mushrooms, courgette, Thai basil and chillies over broken rice topped with fresh herbs.
For dessert, Pho have come up with an amazing, freshly cooked pandan waffle served with ice cream and fresh mint. According to Nigela, pandan is the new avocado… (again, check out the photo attached).
Finally, the drinks menu has some interesting new additions and Pho have updated their beer and cider selection. Now on the drinks menu, you’ll find Beavertown’s popular Neck Oil IPA as well as their Gamma Ray American Pale Ale; Duara Damm’s gluten-free lager; and a tasty Aspall’s Peackock Apple Cider.
