You love your kids. You love shopping. But combining the two can be tricky. Here at Bullring & Grand Central we want to make your trip to our centre to be as pleasant as possible. Which is why we've got lots of things to make life for you a little bit easier, and shopping for them a little bit more fun.
We have allocated larger parking spaces for young families, making it easier to get in and out of the car with prams and pushchairs.
- You can find them on levels 1 and 2 of our centre car park
- There are standard size parent and child spaces in Moor Street and Edgbaston Street car parks.
Baby changing rooms are available throughout the centre.
They feature in rest areas in the Upper West Mall; Lower West Mall; Middle East Mall; Lower East Mall; Upper East Mall and Grand Central opposite Carluccios.
In store baby changing is available in Debenhams, Selfridges, Next, John Lewis and Teenie Weenies.
We have a Changing Places toilet in Upper East Mall in Bullring and by Carluccios in Grand Central. This is for older families and people with disabilities. It contains a large wall-mounted bench in both location and hoist ( in the Bullring facility only). Radar key is required to access - available from Customer Service Desk opposite GAP (Bullring) and opposite Tesco Express (Grand Central) on request.
There are more than 60 restaurants and cafes in the centre to choose from. And there are bottle warming facilities in Debenhams Restaurant. See this link for our pick of the best kid-friendly eateries.
