What is the benefit of Drive Thru Parking? 
Save time with Drive Thru Parking at Bullring. More time for shopping, eating and selfies with The Bull. Just register for free and the barrier will lift automatically when you enter/exit the car park. No need to go to the ticket machine as your card will be automatically debited with the correct tariff when you leave. 

How do I register for Drive Thru Parking at Bullring?
Simply click here to register for Drive Thru Parking using your debit/credit card details and your car number plate. We will send you a username and password via email which you can use to access your Drive Thru Parking account. (Please note, you will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.)  

Are my personal details safe?

Is it free to register for Drive Thru Parking?
Yes.

Can I register more than one car on my account?
Yes, you can register up to three cars. You can simply add/remove car details at any time via your Drive Thru Parking account. However, you cannot register the same car in more than one account.

How long does it take to activate my Drive Thru Parking account?
Your account will activate instantly and you will be to drive through the barriers on your next visit. 

Can I register for Drive Thru Parking if my car is already parked in the car park?
Whilst you can register at any time, Drive Thru parking parking can only be activated on entry to our car parks. It is advised you register prior to parking.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it? 
You can reset your password here and we will email you a new one. Please note, you will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. If you have any issues with your account access you can email drivethruparking@bullring.co.uk  

Which car parks is Drive Thru Parking valid at?
Drive Thru Parking is valid at Centre, Edgbaston Street and Moor Street Car Parks. Please note it is not available at the NCP Grand Central car park. See full details of Bullring’s car parks here

Is there a restriction on how long I can leave my car in the car park when using Drive Thru Parking?
There are no restrictions and the normal tariffs apply. Your parking charge will be calculated from your length of stay from time of arrival to final departure.

Which payment methods are accepted? 
We accept the following credit or debit cards - Visa, Mastercard & Maestro .

How can I check my usage & charges? 
You can view your full parking history by logging in to your Drive Thru Parking account here.  Simply click on ‘Statement’ on the toolbar to view your usage & charges.

What do I do if I notice an incorrect charge on my account? 
If you notice an incorrect charge on your account please email drivethruparking@bullring.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

What if I enter the car park multiple times in one day?
Each visit to our car park will be charged separately to your registered payment card according to the specific car park tariff and your individual length of stay.

How do I access my parking receipts? 
You can view your receipts by logging onto your Drive Thru Parking account. Simply click on ‘Statement’ on the toolbar to view your usage & charges, and then press print or export to view the breakdown of charges.  

I have a new car to register, what do I need to do?
No problem. Just log in to your Drive Thru Parking account on the website and simply add your new car details.  You can register up to three cars on your account.

I'm registered but why does the barrier not lift up on entry/exit of the car park.
Please make sure that your payment method is up to date as the barrier may not lift if your credit/debit card has expired or has been registered incorrectly.

Another reason the barrier may not lift on arrival or exit is that you may need to move closer to the barrier for it to auto-raise. Please wait 10 seconds after doing so, but if you still experience an issue you can press the intercom button and our parking team will be happy to help. What do I do if I’ve been overcharged for my stay?  
If you have any disputes on parking charges please email DriveThruParking@Bullring.co.uk with your name, email address you used to register with Drive Thru Parking and your car number plate. Please note it may take between 3-5 working days to process any refunds.

What do I do if I want to close my Drive Thru Parking account? 
We hope you won’t want to but if you do wish to close your Drive Thru Parking account you can do this through your account. Simply log on and select ‘close account’ in the toolbar. This action cannot be reversed. Please note, if you opted into email and/or SMS marketing when you registered your account you will need to opt out via the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails/SMS or email customer.services@bullring.co.uk.
