We have three official car parks: Bullring Centre, Moor Street and Edgbaston Street – all with disabled bays available. Please note that standard parking charges apply.
Bullring Centre
• Total spaces: 1,015 • Disabled bays: 28 • Family bays: 19
You can enter this car park from Smallbrook Queensway (Level -1) or Park Street (Level -2). Once you’ve parked, there are three ways into the shopping centre: near Marks & Spencer in the West Mall, by Costa Coffee on Level 0, or through the entrance by Selfridges in the East Mall. It’s a handy choice if you're planning to explore all corners of Bullring.
Moor Street
• Total spaces: 1,195 • Disabled bays: 78 • Family bays: 68
Moor Street is our largest car park and is easy to access via Alison Street or Park Street. From here, you can enter the centre either through the Park Street entrance or across the Selfridges link bridge. If you’re looking for accessible toilets, they’re close by – you’ll find them on Level 0 and Level 1 of the East Mall.
Edgbaston Street
• Total spaces: 850 • Disabled bays: 14 • Family bays: 14
This car park is just by the Bullring Markets, with access from Edgbaston Street. It’s a great spot if you’re heading in through the Icecube doors near St Martin’s Church, Nando’s, and Pizza Hut. Accessible toilets are nearby too – you’ll find them on Level 0, either on the East or West side of the centre.
We’ve got seven main entrances into Bullring, and every one of them includes at least one automatic door to make getting in and out that little bit easier. Whether you're heading in from the high street or the car park, you're sorted.
If you’re arriving from the Centre Car Park, you can get into the mall near Marks & Spencer in the West Mall, near Costa Coffee at the heart of Level 0, or by Selfridges in the East Mall.
For getting around inside, there are three lifts near M&S that serve every level of the centre, two more by Costa on Level 0 that go straight to the car park, and another two on the East side by Selfridges.
There are five main ways to get in and out of Grand Central. That includes the main doors by the ramp, escalators leading up from Birmingham New Street Station, access from the Grand Central car park, and the Northwest corner. The only entrance with automatic doors is the main ramp entrance.
If you need accessible toilets, you’ll find them in the Northwest corner. Grand Central also has plenty of lift access, including two from the car park, one in the Northwest corner, and two more by Whittards.
Our Destination Hosts are always about if you need a hand. Whether you’ve got a question, need help finding something, or just want to say hello, they’re here to make your visit a little bit easier.
You’ll find them dotted around the centre and at our main office reception.
For those who need a bit more space or specialist equipment, we have two fully equipped Changing Places rooms – one in Bullring and one in Grand Central.
The Bullring Changing Places room is located on Level 2 of the Upper East Mall, near Selfridges. It includes an adult-sized, height-adjustable bench, a ceiling track hoist, and plenty of space for carers.
In Grand Central, you’ll find a second Changing Places room on Level 2, next to the toilets. It also includes a hoist and offers a secure, clean, and welcoming environment for those who need it.
We have a calming, welcoming space available at the Birmingham Mind Wellbeing Hub, located on Link Street.
Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, the hub is a peaceful place to take a break, sit quietly, or speak with a friendly member of the Mind team.
