Bullring is more than just a place to shop – it’s a day out, a bite to eat, a game of mini golf, and a bit of everything in between.

If you're bringing the kids, we’ve got everything you need to make your visit smooth, stress-free, and full of moments they’ll love – with helpful facilities for you, and plenty of fun for them.

We’ve got larger parking bays for young families to make getting in and out with prams and pushchairs that little bit simpler.

You’ll find them on Levels 1 and 2 of the Centre Car Park. Standard-size parent and child bays are also available in Moor Street and Edgbaston Street car parks.

You’ll find baby changing rooms across the centre – including the Upper and Lower West Mall, Middle and Lower East Mall, Upper East Mall, and in Grand Central (opposite Kitty Café).

Many of our stores also have baby changing facilities, including Selfridges, Next and Teenie Weenies.

For older children and anyone who needs extra support, we’ve got two fully equipped Changing Places toilets – one in Bullring (Upper East Mall) and one in Grand Central (by Kitty Café).

Both have a wall-mounted changing bench and the Bullring location includes a hoist. Access requires a Radar key – available on request from the Customer Service Desk opposite Goldsmiths

With over 60 restaurants and cafés on site, there’s loads of choice for a family bite to eat.

There’s more to Bullring than shopping.

Treetop Adventure Golf has two brilliant mini-golf courses the whole family will enjoy – walk in and play any time, with food and drinks on hand to keep the energy up.

Teenie Weenies has soft play areas and a crèche for kids aged 3–8 – perfect if you need a quick breather or want to shop hands-free.

Planning a celebration? You can host a kids’ party at Build-A-Bear Workshop, Teenie Weenies or Pizza Express. (Just check for any current restrictions.)

We’re a designated Child Safe Zone and our staff are trained to help with lost children.

You can also pick up a free Child Safe wristband from the Customer Service Desk in Bullring. It’s a simple way to help reunite you quickly if you get separated.
